Orders are usually despatched within one-three business days. Express Post orders are prioritised.

Delivery time is typically 1-3 days for Australian east coast up to 5-7 business days for west coast and remote destinations under normal circumstances.

Tracking is provided for all orders sent as parcels, and is available as an option for letter post.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International delivery is available to most destinations, and is charged at cost via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or postage costs for your order, and can’t be calculated by us. Your local customs service may request payment of these charges when your order arrives in your country. These charges are YOUR responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs service to determine what these additional costs are likely to be prior to ordering. We accept no responsibility for any additional import charges, and will not accept returns or issue refunds if those charges are not paid.

We also accept payment via bank deposit or cheque (*bank deposits and cheques must be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank, and are subject to clearance).

RETURNS:

We do our best to describe all items accurately, fairly and in detail, but we understand that sometimes what you get just isn't what you expected ... and it's in our best interests to make sure that you are radiantly happy with your purchase. Therefore we offer a two-tiered returns policy:

  • STATUTORY RETURNS
    In accordance with NSW Office of Fair Trading guidelines, if you have an item that is faulty, has been wrongly described, or does not do what it's supposed to do, then we offer a full refund or exchange of goods as you prefer. Please contact us to arrange return postage.
  • CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
    If you've bought too many, the wrong colour or size, or you've just changed your mind, then in addition to our statutory requirements, and without prejudice to our rights to decline such requests, we may agree to accept those items back for a refund of item price excluding postage costs* on the following conditions:
    1. you have our prior approval by email or telephone.
    2. return postage is at your expense.
    3. the return is made within 60 days of purchase.
    4. the items are received by us in saleable condition.**
    5. the items are regular stocked items, not custom-made or special order.

      * Orders sent with free postage will have the relevant postage charge for that destination deducted from the refund or credit.

      ** When returning items, we strongly recommend that you return them packed in a box. Padded bags and post packs do not provide adequate protection, and we are not able to accept damaged items for return or refund.

      Once you have our approval, please include a note with your name and invoice number, and return your unwanted items to:

      Return postage is at your expense. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and no responsibility will be accepted for goods so sent. Items received back in poor or damaged condition will not be refunded or returned.

      On receipt of returned items in good condition, a refund will be issued promptly using the same method as your initial payment (where possible).

      PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA COLLECTION (SUMMARY):

      We respect your right to privacy. We have an opt-in mailing list if you wish to hear from us every now and then, and you can choose to connect with us via social media. Outside of these channels, we will not bother you.

      We do not share or sell any of your information with any third parties at all, ever, except as required for the delivery of your order or as required by law.

      BIG DATA:

      If you really wish to avoid Big Data (as much as possible, in this highly compromised world), please explicitly draw this to our attention when ordering, and we will do our utmost to restrict the sharing of your information beyond that which is absolutely critical for the delivery of your order.

      Please note that this requires manual input on our behalf, which will slow down the processing of your order, and will limit follow-up services such as tracking.
